Assists local and international clients on corporate business matters and finances; with emphasis on private equity, corporate and financial structures. Experienced in M&A (including due diligence procedures), real estate, foreign investment, sports and entertainment, capital markets, public law and regulatory matters, as well as performing pro-bono work.
Co-leads the team on international sanctions, as they relate to Venezuelan law.
