Head of our Cassation team (formal appeals before the Supreme Tribunal of Justice) as well as co-leader of our Litigation Department.

Advises clients on public law and regulatory issues, fiscal procedures and custom law, civil and commercial law and procedure, labor law and procedure, tourism regulations, and contractual and commercial disputes, as well as in family law and private international law.

Represents clients in dispute resolution, especially before the Supreme Tribunal of Justice, as well as in arbitration procedures.

She is in the official roster of arbitrators and conciliators at the Centro Empresarial de Conciliación y Arbitraje (CEDCA).

Author of article on the relationship between insurance brokers and insurance companies.
