Co-leader of our Litigation Department.
Advises clients on labor law and procedures, worker
negotiations, contracts and union issues; taxation; public law and regulatory matters;
civil law; corporate governance and commercial matters; among others.
Represents clients in dispute resolution, including
cassation procedures before the Supreme Tribunal of Justice.
Has been professor of Third Level Moot Trials,
Universidad Católica Andrés Bello; and assistant professor of Labor Law, Universidad
Metropolitana.
